This attempt to get the autoconf working for XAmixer2 should work now.  Sorry that it took so many commits.

Added XAmixer2 to the alsa utilities tree.  This should be all of the files necessary to work.  Wish me luck.

Changed data type of alsa-lib handles from 'void *' to the specific type for
the handle in use. This should be more type-safe as the compiler will perform
checking on type now.
